There are frequently asked questions made by our clients and it would be absolutely great if you learn how to answer!

For example: Where is the ATM? Years ago we used to have ATM in our premises but now it’s found down by the front slopes, some 200 metres from the hotel area, near the entrance of Zero Point. Or they might ask you do you have any place indoors where kids can play? And then you are able aswer yes of course we have Ailu Family Fun in the Spa Water World building.
