Staff accommodation
On this page, you’ll find plenty of instructions — and some rules that might sound a bit strict. All of our guidelines have been carefully thought out, and their only purpose is to make sure you feel safe and comfortable during your stay.
You might be sharing the accommodation with colleagues you don’t yet know, cleaning might not be your favorite activity, and it would certainly be nice if someone else did the laundry. Unfortunately, that’s not how it works — cleaning supplies are provided, and the washing machine is there for you to use for your linen and clothing!
Upkeep of the apartment & room
The apartment or room is rented in the condition it is in at the time of signing the contract.
The tenant is responsible for maintaining the apartment or room in good condition throughout the tenancy, as well as for ensuring it is in the same condition at the end of the lease as it was at the beginning, except for normal wear and tear.
The tenant must leave the apartment or room clean and tidy at the end of the lease. If it is left untidy, a cleaning fee of €150 will be charged.
We do, however, understand that accidents happen. Please don’t hesitate to contact your superior if something breaks or is damaged.

Other terms
Smoking, burning electric cigarettes or similar products is prohibited indoors.
One set of keys will be given to the tenant upon occupancy of the apartment/room. Some apartments also have a key box. If the tenant does not return the keys received at the end of the tenancy or lost key during tenancy, the tenant will pay the cost of having the iron keys made (€100).
The tenant must wash their dishes, take out the garbage to the waste sorting point, and maintain overall cleanliness in common areas as in sauna, living room area and especially in kitchen.
The tenant must immediately notify first the superior of any defects in the apartment/room that become apparent during the tenancy.
The tenant is responsible for behaving appropriately. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Loud parties and similar disturbances are strictly prohibited.
The landlord will ensure that there are a sufficient number of working smoke alarms in the apartment. The tenant must report any lack of smoke alarms immediately to the superior.
