We have estimated that the annual plastic waste generated by disposable sauna seat covers at Water World amounts to approximately 3,500 kg. Many visitors tend to use more than one cover during a single visit.

To address this, we will discontinue the use of disposable sauna seat covers entirely as of 1 January 2025. We kindly encourage you to bring your own seat cover. Alternatively, biodegradable or fabric sauna seat covers will be available for purchase at the spa information desk at a reasonable price.
